498A woman Manju Agarwal and her associate Saif Alam gets setback

In a bid to earn more and more money the 498A woman Manju Agarwal of Haldiram Bhujiawala along with her muslim associate Saif Alam got a super duper setback on 6th April 2015.

The duo had allegedly fraudulently captured a prime property of a relative in Kolkata by alleged misuse of “Power of attorney”. A criminal case along with a civil case was filed on the duo. A civil injunction order was passed from lower court that the duo cannot part with the said property till the continuation of case. They had already invested huge money on the property.

The duo had approached Hon’ble High Court against the order of lower court. High Court not only confirmed the order of lower court but also had observed that there appeared to be something fishy in the deal.

The duo aggrieved by that order approached most Hon’ble Supreme Court. The latest news is that the petition of duo has been rejected by Supreme Court.

In the criminal case the police officer has not till April 2015 filed the charge sheet. The duo had been allegedly influencing the officer politically. Now since the civil injunction is straightaway rejected by Hon’ble Supreme Court and Hon’ble High Court has already made some observation of foul play the police officer has now got little chance of getting influenced.

The net result is lots of money of the duo is wasted and criminal case against them has become stronger and there appears to be a fair chance of justice against them.
