Role of daughter in 498A episode

Sometimes it is said that children have no say in parents’ dispute. Here the case is different. Instead of resolving parents’ dispute daughter fueled it. She heard of alleged extra marital affair of her mother and fathers both. She knew that 498A was meant for dowry crimes and not for extra marital. Yet she helped her mother out of the way in teaching a lesson to father.

After coming from LSE she forcefully tried to join father’s business without his consent. She would sit on business chair of father and would not leave the chair when the father would come. Her intention was to forcefully capture father’s business on behalf of mother. Father tried to explain her several times but she would not listen

She along with her mother launched false 498A against father. Father went underground. daughter went to police station enquiring why her father was not arrested. She went to father’s business along with her mother and mother’s boyfriend Saif Alam and helped her mother threatening the employees for dire consequences if they did not listen to them. She tried to pull financial information from business computers to help her mother. She even called the senior accountant of her mother to forcefully extract financial data from the business servers when her father was underground.

The younger brother of father tried to stop her. She raised her hands to slap her own uncle. All the employees had witnessed this incident. Thereafter her mother came along with Saif Alam and followers of Prabhushankar and gheraoed the business establishment. Her mother slapped the brother in law in front of police and employees. daughter lodged a false case on his own uncle for outraging her modesty

She knew that it was family business of father and there was not a single penny invested by her mother in the business. She helped her mother instituting another case of forgery against father for which father had to again go underground for fear of arrest. Father had to spend a large sum of money

Father had come back home to stay in Nov 2012 after taking bails in all criminal cases. She helped her mother doing the drama of self-assault along with her younger sister. This drama was recorded by father. The intention of mother and daughters was to trap father in another criminal case. daughter is also pictured in the recording. Father thereafter did several futile attempts to come back and stay at home. All the time daughter strongly protested her father and helped her mother unconditionally. She had misbehaved and disrespected him while her mother abused and assaulted him. She along with her mother captured the residence of father. She helped her mother to institute yet another false criminal case. Father has audio and video recordings of all such attempts to come back and stay at home. In those recordings daughter is shown actively participating in tortures done on her father. Small portions of those clippings (showing only daughter’s portions) will soon appear on blogs

daughter got hold of email id’s of father’s business clients from his computer which he left at home for children. She sent derogatory mails to all those international business clients. Father had a massive setback in his business and he lost huge sum of money. International clients thought that their web site was hacked by father’s company and they recovered the losses from father’s business under international laws. Sometime around Jan – Feb 2013 daughter phoned father and threatened him for dire consequences if father did not remove some materials from web. That phone conversation was recorded and will be available shortly

On the same day she phoned her father again and threatened him that if he did not do as directed she would launch rape case against him. Father was stunned. During that time “Delhi Rape Case” was much hyped and daughter thought in lines of her mother that it was a nice tool to teach her father a lesson. That phone conversation was also recorded and the same will be shortly available

daughter again sent disrespectful and derogatory mails to father’s business clients since father did not listen to her. This second time attack made father lose his business of software export. Here is the link to that mail

daughter is well versed with woman friendly laws of land. At times she can misuse these laws. Over time she has learnt a lot about 498A. She can do good acting and alone go to police station and lodge cases when required. She is uncontrollable in fit of rage. She is a nice beautiful normal girl
